Cancellation policies

Appointment Booking and Cancellation Policy
When you book a hotel, a cinema or theatre ticket, they usually charge you in advance. If you don't show up, you don't get your money back.

However, the same does not happen when a patient, at the last minute, decides not to attend his or her appointment.

When a patient confirms their appointment, they are not only reserving our time and expertise, but are also depriving another person of being able to use our services at that time.

Due to the high demand for appointments we usually have, we have decided to start from March 1, 2023 with a new cancellation policy.

All our patients understand and accept the conditions set out below, from the moment their appointment is confirmed with date and time through any of the following means of communication.

  • Email, text message or WhatsApp.

  • Oral: by telephone or at the same consultation when booking the next session.

1. On the day the appointment is booked, no fees will be charged.

2. If you are unable to attend, you can schedule another appointment, paying 50% of the therapy.

3. The amount paid will be lost if you do not notify us 12 hours in advance. If you notify us more than 12 hours in advance, we will reschedule the appointment for another day. We always ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend, so that we can make that appointment available to another patient.

4. We will only accept rescheduling for reasons of force majeure, accident or serious or urgent illness, which do not allow us to give the 12 hours' notice we request, provided that they are justified.

Unjustifiable reasons are not valid, such as not being able to find the location of the consultation, sudden or unforeseen changes in work or personal life, as well as forgetfulness or carelessness on the part of the patient.

5. Under no circumstances will the reservation money be refunded.

6. By booking the appointment, the patient accepts the conditions established by the center.

7. On the day of the session, the already paid portion of the appointment reservation will be deducted from the total.
